This award recognizes a member for their innovation in clinical pharmacy practice by implementing a project, protocol, process, educational initiative, or innovative clinical service that advances pharmacy services and/or patient care. .
- The applicant shall have been a CSHP member for a minimum of 3 years including the year of application.
