CSHP 2015 - Commitment to Act

CSHP 2015 and the Blueprint for Pharmacy

Communications will be sent to hospital pharmacy directors and/or managers across Canada.  It will ask them to commit their pharmacy department to CSHP 2015 and the Blueprint for Pharmacy.  Opportunities to volunteer are available.  Please click HERE for more details from CSHP 2015.
